IMPORTANT INFORMATION
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
Your tickets are emailed to you, directly from Flicket, our ticketing partner. Each ticket has a unique QR code on it, which will be scanned on the day. You can either print these out, or save the image on your phone.
WHERE CAN I STAY DURING THE BANDQUET?
Hanmer Springs have an abundance of accomodation options including hotels, motels, holiday homes and camping grounds.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE BANDQUET?
Picnic rugs, low profile camping chairs, sun-hats and sunscreen are encouraged. You are unable to bring in any packed lunches or food (except was is required for a baby), or alcohol. Free water will be available at the event.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINKS?
No person is permitted to bring into the Event Venue any food or beverage items which have been purchased, prepared or otherwise obtained outside of the Event Venue. The Promoter operates and allows to operate a significant number of food and beverage outlets within the event venue from which any person may purchase a broad range of food and beverage products that cater to a wide range of food intolerances, allergies and dietary preferences.
DO U18'S REQUIRE SUPERVISION?
Yes. As The Bandquet is a licensed event all U18's need to be supervised by a parent or guardian. It is a requirement of our Licence and any U18's that are without a parent or guardian will not be allowed entry.
